Hello, I’m Heather, and I’ve been a Senior Day Care Assistant at Betamindes since 2021. In my time here, I’ve come to truly understand that care is so much more than a job—it’s a calling, and one that I feel privileged to be part of every day.
There is something truly special about the way we engage with our clients. It’s about building meaningful connections, especially with those who may not always be able to express themselves. Through patience, compassion, and genuine presence, we help people feel safe, respected, and valued.
